Ciao Angel asks that you read the current online purchase conditions before completing a transaction through the online boutique. By making a purchase through the Ciao Angel online boutique, you confirm that you accept the online purchase conditions.
While we have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee the correct representation of colours on your computer screen. However, the product description and composition can help you make a choice.
Product maintenance: Silk: To prevent the silk ribbon from wearing out, we recommend that you avoid showering or bathing with the bracelet on. If the ribbon becomes twisted, you can iron it on medium heat. Clean the ribbon with a mild detergent if it gets dirty.
Changes to information on the website
The dates of special offers and the prices and availability of products sold on our website may change without notice. We work hard to ensure that inventory is displayed correctly. However, it is still possible that an item or a colour may be out of stock at the moment your order is processed. It is therefore possible that an order may be cancelled or that an item may not be delivered.
Although we try to post accurate information, we reserve the right to alter an inaccurate price or product description and cancel or refuse an order for a product with an inaccurate price or description.
On our online boutique, you can view and learn about each item before adding it to your shopping cart. When you want to buy an item, select the quantity and click “Add to cart.” If you want to alter the contents of your shopping cart, you can do so at any time. Once you have finished your online shopping and checked your shopping cart, click on “Place order” to proceed with payment.
– Checking your order
You can check and modify your shopping cart as often as you wish before clicking “Place order” and proceeding with payment.
– Out-of-stock products
If one or several items ordered are no longer available, an online boutique staff member will contact you as soon as possible by telephone at the number provided when placing the order. If it is impossible to reach you by telephone, we will send an email to the email address provided when placing the order.
Unless otherwise indicated, all the items ordered will be sent to you using the delivery method you chose when completing your online order.
Shipment, delivery and returns
Your order will be processed 1 to 2 business days after the purchase is made. The delivery time depends on the type of delivery chosen by the purchaser and it is calculated starting from the moment when the package leaves the Ciao Angel office (Monday to Friday).
Deliveries are by Canada Post. There are two delivery services available on the site:
Standard Package: Local – up to 2 days; Regional – up to 5 days, National – up to 9 days. Note that no registration number or insurance is available for this type of delivery. In case of loss, it will be impossible to trace your package. The fee is $5 for addresses within Canada and $10 for the USA.
Expedited Package: Local – 1 day; Regional – up to 3 days, National – up to 7 days; USA – 4 to 6 days; International – 4 to 6 weeks.
Jewellery may be returned with our approval only, and must be in perfect, sellable condition. You must inform us of your intention to make a return within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can approve the reasons for the return. Unless the return is due to an error on the part of Ciao Angel, you must pay the return shipping costs. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will call you by the next business day.
Billing, prices and payment
An invoice will be sent to the email address provided when ordering. An invoice will also be included in the package shipped.
Prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Products and services are always billed based on rates in effect at the time the online order is made.
Accepted payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted by the online boutique:
– PayPal Internet payment solution
During the payment process, if you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to the secure PayPal site, and the payment will be pre-authorized on the secure PayPal site. Note that we do not have access to any data on any transaction with respect to credit information, nor do we save such data. The only information provided to us is the result of the transaction. Note that when a user first creates a registered PayPal account, sometimes payments are not authorized immediately; there may be a delay of ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days. This situation causes the processing time of your order to be increased. Your order will be shipped only once PayPal allows us to finalize the payment.
Limits and taxes
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website. We may, at our entire discretion, limit or cancel quantities ordered by an individual or a household, or those requested in one order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or through the same account, the same credit card, and/or whose delivery address is identical. If an order is altered or cancelled, we will contact you by email and/or at the billing address and/or telephone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our opinion, appear to have been made by merchants, re-sellers or distributors, or which were placed at the same time as a technical problem arose.
Your order’s applicable taxes are calculated in accordance with federal and provincial tax laws, based on the delivery address for your order. If applicable, taxes will also be applied to the shipping and handling costs.
